Recipes from the South:
Cranberry Relish Salad

Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever. 1 Chronicles 16:34

What is your favorite thing about this time of year? Is it the family gathering, or favorite foods you’ve been awaiting for 365 days? Maybe you’re excited about your favorite sport or sports that will be shown on tv. Whatever it is, remember, you are blessed, truly blessed. Think about the ones who are not so fortunate this holiday season… the homeless, folks that have lost dear ones. As you gather with loved ones this holiday, remember the ones who cannot be there and say a special prayer for them.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, and may your holiday be a good one.
